Refund for XDJ R1

Hello gentle pioneer ,

since the day I bought here XDJ r1 I found in my professional work several problems with your product type instability / read error / total block with the obligation to restart the machine and a window in the remotebox impractical to manage play lists .

I trust in your business promotion and with much sacrifice I have done a very strong investment for me between Ipad and XDJ - R1con the illusion of having a more practical freedom in my work. Unfortunately, I now find myself with a machine that I can not use and I've tried to look through your solution updates.

I carefully read all of this forum in your site they hope to find a solution to my problems as the rest of all the others who have XDJ -R1 and I wonder how it is possible that this pioneer a product linked to a ipad and then I am surprised that it does not work veins and that there will be no solution in the future? I am very disappointed with this and I would like to de the answers .

dal giorno in qui ho acquistato la xdj r1 ho trovato nel mio lavoro professionale una serie problemi con il vostro product tipo instabilità /errore di lettura/ blocco totale con obbligo di riavviare la machina e una finestra nel remotebox poco pratica per gestire le play list.

Mi sono fidato a la vostra promozione commerciale e con molto sacrificio ho fato un investimento per me molto sostenuto tra Ipad e la XDJ-R1con la illusione di avere una praticità più libera in il mio lavoro. purtroppo ora mi trovo con una machina che no riesco ad utilizzare e ho provato cercare soluzione tramite i vostri aggiornamenti.

Con molta attenzione ho letto tutti forum presente nel vostro sito ne la speranza di trovare una soluzione a i mie problemi come dal resto di tutti altri che possiedono la XDJ-R1 e mi domando come e possibile che la pioneer presente un product vincolato a un ipad e poi mi trovo la sorpresa che non funziona vene e che no ci saranno soluzione in futuro? sono molto amareggiato con tutto questo e vorrei de le riposte.

For Security I bought 2 used cdj 800mk2 and a djm250

That works , my XDJ-R1 is packed in the case and i'm not using it , I can't make radio shows with a unit that cannot work in a stabile mode for 2 hours , I hate it when there are bleeps and other noises when playing analyzed tracks on the unit , worked the last 3 weeks without remotebox , it's a tiny bit better,but still there are issues on the unit

This is the first pioneer unit that kill my patience to work with a high priced unit !!

I think even a must is that an pioneer engineer out of the constructing XDJ r1 factory shout be involved with this suffering mess of a unit !!!!
