quantize button is not working On xdj -rx
Hello I have a xdj -rx and I'm having problem with quantize button is not working at all . Iv did all the firmware updates . For both the unit and rekordbox

Are you using rekordbox-prepared content on the USB drive?
Yes I did my files are prepared with rekoredbox . But the thing is when I press the quantize button on the xdj rx it's dosent Ilumaite red on the screen is it a hardwere problem iv tried to format the USB . Turn on and off the unit but the problem is still there!

so there's any sloution for this is it a software problem or hardwere problem im confused

I've asked the engineers if there is some condition I'm not catching where the quantize won't enable, I'll let you know when I've heard back.
