Lighting scenes presets
There should be a way to create lighting scenes and share them with the community, export and import them. This way many users can work create new content.

Unfortunately no. What they have added with the new 6.6 update is the ability to export and import you entire lighting library, not a specific lighting macro/scene.
It would be a really good feature! Time to get a bit open :)
