DDJ800 Loop/Quantize buttons not working
Hello,
I've had a new DDJ800 for 2 days now and the loop in/out, exit loop and quantize buttons from the left deck don't do anything when pushed (compared to the right deck). It worked only once out of 3 sessions.
I can click on quantize "Q" or loop from Rekordbox, but not from the controller. Their lighting responds when controlled from Rekordbox however.
What can I do?

Just a few more info, I can set/change the loop "in" point and the 4 bar loop works if I hold the button but then I cannot exit (unless from rekordbox).
I've read on another post about resetting the MIDI to default, which I've done but it hasn't helped.

I've tried today with a windows 10 PC and a fresh install of rekordbox 6 but same issue is happening. I cannot control de loop/quantize button, only from the software... Could it be a faulty unit?
