CDJ3000 Not Loading Music

Hi, 

I have two CDJ3000s that I just set up. One of the CDJs is able to load the AIFF and play correctly. The other doesn't. 

I'm able to view the songs by browsing, but when I try to load the song, the song doesn't load.
