DJM S9 Crossfader issues
My DJM S9 has an issue where the crossfader stops working. Turning Serato and the mixer off seems to help this. I'm currently on Catalina but may upgrade to Big Sur soon. I believe that I am on the latest firmware and the latest Serato build.
Is this a Serato issue or a mixer issue? Should I update to Big Sur? Can someone please help?

Is it that it doesn't crossfade, or that it doesn't cut off at the end of the travel?
I have it on sharp curve and it does not turn off at the ends. So sound plays even at the extreme ends. One time I thought it might be cutting off in the middle. I'll double check next time if it is cutting off anywhere. If I turn off Serrato and the mixer, it works again. This has happened about 5 times in the last week.
Try adjusting the lag setting to a larger value:
I'll try that. Never had an issue with it until like 2 weeks ago.
Could be the fader calibration has changed slightly.
