New DDJ -1000 Not fully funtional
I have recently updated the firmware on my DDJ-100 when I plugged it in for the first time and it does not fully respond. nothing works but the master volume output nob. everything lights up but I cant control any music load any decks use any effects no buttons work the platters dont work either. im runnuning windows 10, what can I do to get it up and fully operational?

Yes I have, and still no response.
