Midi Signal / Clock XDJ 1000 MK II
Is it possible to send a midi clock signal from an XDJ 1000 MK II to external devices like an Roland TR-8 or receive an external signal from the TR-8 or Traktor and how?

No; the XDJ doesn't send MIDI clock signal.
