problem left side of ddj sx.
Plays but all functions on right side closest to mixer are not working except pitch control.
Can't turn on or off vinyl
Can't turn on key lock
Can't auto loop
Fx 3 isn't working and when press fx pad 1 no. 2 comes on and off with it.
Dual deck button not working
Serato upgraded and tries different laptop too.
Help!!!!

Try a new USB cable and updating the firmware, then report back.
Tried 2 cables. 2 windows laptops, 1 Macbook pro. Unit is now even worse.
New faults: no function at all on either deck.
Can drag a track to play using mouse but play and cue buttons make track skip. Selection wheel doesn't work. No buttons work so can't get into reset or upgrade modes.
Very unhappy
Sorry about this, I would contact tech support for your area of the world and see wha5t they can do as far as getting you squared away.
check out that the DDJ SX is not in MIDI mode !!!
