Pioneer DDJ-SZ dropping audio on 1 channel only mid-way through set
I have a Pioneer DDJ-SZ which keeps dropping audio completely on one random channel after x amount of time. The deck that drops audio still responds fully but the LED level indicator for that channel has no input. I have to turn off the controller and then turn it back on and it works completely fine again so it doesnt seem to be hardware related. I still get audio output on the other 3 channels when one channels audio does drop out completely.
I have a Macbook air 2017 128GB 8GB ram on IOS Caitlina. Serato is on the latest firmware and all settings have been changed as per seratos guide on preparing macbook for serato.
Anyone know what i can try next?

This is also happening with my DDJ SX3 (however I see there is an article about the issue with the SX3 - https://forums.pioneerdj.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014328331?input_string=ddj+sx3+audio+freezes).
