XDJ-RX cue problems
I have just updated the latest firmware and since that the tracks automatically play when loaded (even though this is switched off in the menu) and the cue button can't be used! Please help

Try to re-flash the firmware.
My firmware update is still on my USB stick, didn't do it yet. But didn't see any one write problems with the update.
I don't have the previous firmware anymore, but I am going the save it from now on so I can go back to the working one.
Pleas activate the "AUTO CUE"....
Please note : Never try to DOWNGRADE a FW !! This can damage your device. The German Repaircenter is warning about downgrading !

I'm having a similar problem with the cue function, when I try to cue the first beat of a track the cue always starts slightly past the first beat. The little orange triangle will only line up with the set markers. Is there a solution to this or is it something I'm doing wrong?

please read the manual regarding the "Quatize" feature of RB. In Quantize Mode the Cuepoint will ever be set to the GRID (that what you called "set marker").
Check your Track in RB and prepare the Grid manually to the Beat. So the Cuepoint will be set exactly to the Grid (Beat).
You can also deactivate "Quantize" and the Cue / Loops can be set everywhere. But now you are not "on Beat".
Quantize is one of the best feature in modern DJ World. But you have to know how it works and how to prepare your Tracks....
