setting up Traktor2.0.3 in the club ... mess

I have CDJ350 and CDM350 set up at home , been using traktor 2.0.3 and decided to bring it to my resident club. They also have CDJ350 so I thought it would be doddle... so plugged in , set it up as at home. set the Audio setting to 'both CD's' this is my setting for the MIDI aggrigator on my Mac book pro. ALso checked the Output routing, looked ok - deck A - L and R and deck B - L and R.
I could use both CDJs to navigate through track listing but only Deck A in tracktor worked.
whats the problem here ?

1 Una vez que tengo el loop hecho, mi pregunta es. como lo arrastro a las casillas sin tener que tocar las teclas de la computadora. se puede con el puro controlador.?
2 cuando tengo el loop y meto otro plato estan en pich pero si apago el plato donde saque el loop se confunde el ordenador.
