DDJ-400 no audio output

Hi, I just got the DDJ-400 so I am kind of new to all this.

According to various tutorials and operating manuals, I set up Rekordbox and the controller correctly, but when I want to play a track, there is no audio output, even the LEDs for the Channel level won't light up.

Is there anything that I have to do?

Does the DDJ-400 appear as a USB device in your System Information application? If not, try using a different USB cable / port.
