E-8302: CANNOT PLAY TRACK (3658)

Hi guys

I have analysed my tracks at Rb and some tracks are playing others are not (in PLAYLIST MODE).

Gear details: XDJ 1000
Memory stick details: Skandisk 3.0 (already formatted)

What needs to be done in order to reestablish the operation?

Regards,

Ricardo

@Ricardo > Please format the USB drive and re-export your tracks. Ensure the firmware on the XDJ is up to date and try again.

Got the same issue here.  Some of my tracks won't play - they have a red mark, like a cue point marker next to them in rekordbox.  Ay ideas?

Try exporting those same problematic tracks to a different, newly formatted drive and see if the problem persists.  If so, the issue might be with the file itself.  If not, the original drive is the culprit.

Info

Have same Problems with different aif and aiff files. Try different Media SD-Card, USB Drives, etc.

Why does the rekordbox Analyse software play the tracks but the player not? Why didn´t you get an Error Code in the analyse software, so you can fix the problem before going on stage!!!!!!!????? Solve this problem please!!!!!!

@Info > Try transcoding the file; there could be bad header data that rekordbox is ignoring but the players are struggling with. We have previously asked the rekordbox engineers to improve the error detection and we hope to see it implemented in future updates.
