Can't disable quantize for play button (video attached)

Hello fellow DJs,

I have the following Problem:

I have a Master track 1 which beatgrid isnt set correct due to tempo changes in the track. (this is no problem as I can match by ear)

When syncing track 2  (where the grid is set correctly) to track 1 the problem occurs.

To be clear quantize is set to OFF but every time I hit play on track 2 it snaps (quantizes) to the wrong set beatgrid of track 1 and the beats aren't actually matched.

This happens when directly pressing play or when siwtching from cue to play as you can see in the video i attached.

Is there a way to disable the quantize function on the play button or is this a bug?
