CDJ 850 PC Connection problem
- I have two players.
I tried on two computers, also with changing cables.
So my question is. has anyone had such a case?
Can it be solved at the software level?
Will a service visit be necessary?

Sorry to hear about that -- if it's always the same player, the issue may be the CDJ itself. Please contact an authorized service centre in your region to have your player inspected and/or repaired.
