DDJ-SR2
I installed Serato DJ Pro. Then i installed the audio drivers for the ddi-sr2. When i go to plug into my Mac, Serato is telling me that my hardware is not recognized. I've watched tutorials and read manuals. i have no idea where to start next at this point. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

If you're running High Sierra or Mojave, did you disable the OS driver security as part of the driver installation process? If not, you may have to download the drivers again, run the uninstaller from that package, reboot, then install the drivers and perform that check.

Dopo tanti tentativi , mi sono rivolto ad un negozio di assistenza a Roma , per configurare il controller DDJ-SR2 sul mio Mac Pro del 2012 Catalina , ahimè ho dovuto pagare sig! Ho iniziato ad usarlo e quando comincio ad usare il tasto CUE , le onde delle tracce ed i dek vanno a scatti e si bloccano . Ma l’audio non ha problemi . Spostando il puntatore del computer appare la pallina colorata che gira , come se si impalla il computer. È colpa del computer o cosa . È troppo vecchio ? Grazie
@Davide > If you're using an 8 year-old computer, it's possible that you'll need to ensure that you have as much of the system resources available as possible; remove any unnecessary applications or background programs. Try also lowering the waveform drawing speed in the rekordbox preferences.
