Ddj 400 channel problem
I encountered this problem today on my controller , the channel n2 when i take the knob up the sound wont go up so i checked on rekordbox and U need to do it manually from rekordbox for the sound to go up plz help

When i press the channel on the controller and take it up on rekorbox it doesn’t go up

Pc and yes everything function
I'll ask for you to try and diagnose if that fader is working properly... Download a copy of MIDI-OX and see if the CH2 fader registers any signal in the monitor (do this with rekordbox closed).
i did the test it said everything is fine do u know any fix?
So the CH2 fader was reporting MIDI activity when you moved it?
Do you have the audio device configured as DDJ-400 ASIO in the rekordbox preferences?
