Wireless connection RB from Macbook
Hi ,
So I'm trying to connect my Macbook wireless to my XDJ RX (since the new macbook has no ethernet port).
My music is all located on a hard drive plugged into my Macbook - my RB master database is also on this hard drive and via the LINK function I want to have acces from my XDJ RX to my whole RB library (on my macbook).
my steps :
I connect the XDJ RX to a router (ethernet-cable) out of LINK port
Start up RB on Macbook (macbook connected to router generated network)
LINK appears, click on it and press 'rekordbox' on XDJ RX - i see al my playlists and stuff
All good so far, but ; When I load the track the waveform does not appear (major problem) and the BPM does not appear directly ?!
No idea why, the song plays fine but it seems that the information of waveform and BPM does not come through ? Cue point appears without problems.
Any ways to fix this problem ? Or maybe another way to acces my RB library via the XDJ RX ?

Wireless connectivity is not supported. You'll need a USB to Ethernet adapter.

update: I used an USB -> Ethernet adapter to link my XDJ RX directly to my macbook - no difference - still waveform and BPM are not loaded in ? Song is playable but without the on-screen information using my XDJ RX is pretty useless
Any help is appreciated !
Another update :
When I do the exact same but with my PC (so PC -> ethernetcable -> XDJ RX) there is no problem. Everything loads perfectly.
So I'm guessing it should be some sort of configuration on my macbook ? Something is blocking the additional information ?
