DDJ SX2 CUE pad problem

Are the Pads selected to HOT CUE?

have you updated the firmware?

Win 7, reinstalled serato, latest drivers, latest firmware, tried different usb cable, tried different usb port... pretty much everything.

One more thing; when I use deck 2, 7th pad blinks... when I use deck 4, 6th pad blinks.

I have the exact same problem with the right side deck. Have updated everything also. Is this a hardware problem?

I have the same problem with my sx2,, the pad on the right side keep flashing for no reason.

Hi, the problem affects only lights not the functionality of the controller or the sound ....there is nothing you can do as far as i know...Pioneer doesn't support this with extended warranty so if you are having the controller more than 2 years you have 2 choices....you can leave with it or you have to pay for a repair.

I am living with it....as far as i know in my country the cost is way to expensive so i decided not to repair it....I have the problem only to the left deck...the motherboard (if that is the problem) costs around 300$ if someone wants to buy it by himself and install it...So i hope Pioneer maybe someday give us the free repair option.

Toi aussi quand tu allumés tes effets en hauts y a d autres pads qui se mettent à clignoter aussi ?

Yes! Every pad at the left deck (the one with the problem) seems to be affected by the press of any other button, even that one is an effect button, a loop button or anything else.
