Ddj sx2 unresponsive

Hi guys, just tried turning on my controller and it flashes lights as normal then stops and leaves only the jog wheel lights and load button lights. The controller is completely unresponsive. Tried restarting windows 10 and turning controller off for ten mins and still won't work. Everything was fine before I updated serato with new music and analysed the files. When turned back on this began to happen. Can anyone help?
