rx2 recording rekordbox
Hi I really need some help, I recently did a firmware update on my rx2 and now every time I plug it in by usb to MacBook and rekordbox the master volume disables. so now I can't record on it. I have downloaded all the drivers again I have done everything bar reinstall rekordbox. please help have I done something to MacBook or is it the update ???????

What is the configuration of the audio devices in the rekordbox preferences? Please post a screenshot.
as soon as I click external the master volume disables and it won't let me select a input record
Change your audio device to the XDJ-RX2.
it makes no differance it still won't let me select a input record is this a rx2 issue or my macbook ?
