Export Playlist
Hi - I am having issues exporting a playlist to USB from Rekordbox 4.0 as it's grayed out. My device(128GB) is exFAT and I have read similar forum's and it states to use FAT32. I have tried using a FAT32 device(2GB) as I can't format my 128GB, and although a Pioneer folder appears, export is still grayed out. Really frustrating as I have a radio show Sundays and can't export. Help please??

You need to export to a FAT32 device as exFAT will not be read by the players. You CAN format a 128GB device to FAT32, you may just need to use a 3rd party formatting utility.
As @Rick says, you also need to be in EXPORT mode (if you have rekordbox dj / performance mode).
Make sure your not in performance mode
