FAILURE SGM GIOTTO SPOT 400 CMY
Hey I need help getting my SGM GIOTTO SPOT 400 CMY 33ch to work
satisfactorily with the RB-DMX1. Channel 5 which controls iris, gives value 0
which means that armature does not produce any effect. 0 = closed 255 = open. It would be desirable if there was an opportunity to adjust
the values themselves. But I can not see that this feature is available? It is also desired that this software controls more features, Ex gobos CMY Animation wheel mm. Also, performance mode offers Link via lan or alternatively
that export mode supports lightning mode. Besides, the RB-DMX1 is a very nice launch, and I look forward
to seeing some updates that make the device even better
in the future.
Best regards Johan W

We have updated the Iris channel in the AtlaBase database. It will be reflected in the next rekordbox fixture library update. Please find the latest update of the fixture library here.

In the real fixture, iris goes from closed to open?
The Giottos need value 255 to let iris to be fully Open, and because of the fact that rb-dmx1 send value 0 in this Chanel, it only presents a very tiny beam.

It's a couple of months since this issue should be fixt, but I don't see any improvement yet.
I appreciate if there is a solution nearby.

@Johan > Sorry about that -- rekordbox currently does not have a method to control the iris, so our team is working on a method to provide an override for fixtures such as this one to ensure the correct value is sent. Thanks for your patience.
