Issue connecting recordbox with cdj350
I was trying to connect my macbook air with recordbox 6 wit my cdj350. The aggregator saw both players, but when I go to recordbox and click on performance, it won't show at the left bottom side that its connected.
I have tried also with my old macbook pro, same issue.
The cdj are having newest firmware and the programs are from the latest release. I am using 2x midi cable.
So who can help me?

@Anushka > Have you activated a trial or purchased a plan to use the CDJ350's with rekrodbox 6?
Please only post your question once, thank you.
@Pulse No I have the normal version of Recordbox. With the free plan.
So it won't work with the free plan?
@Anushka > Are you only using rekordbox to prepare your content for use with the CDJs or are you using the CDJs as controllers? If it's controllers, then you have previously purchased a license to activate the dj plus-pack for performance mode. In that case, you would need a subscription for rekordbox 6.
I don't have the license anymore. But I was thinking, is it possible to use an external hard disk like western digital passport 1 TB? It's not powered, so power must come from the cdj?
Please let me know, then I can buy one
The Passport is the ONE drive model I DO NOT recommend using with CDJs! We've had problems with them over the years, so I'd suggest other options. If you can afford the step up to a solid-state drive, I'd recommend the Samsung T5 options; they're fantastic, tiny, and SUPER SPEEDY.
