DDJ SX-2 Headphone Volume Knob
Currently I know its not my knob everytime i try to adjust the volume using the knob it doesnt work i know the controller isnt faulty and there isnt an issue with firmware i am currently using serato completely updated on my mac

What exactly is the issue?
So the issue is everytime i try to lower the headphone volume on using the controller headphone volume knob located on the front left side of the mixer when trying to increase the volume turning the knob it doesnt work nor decreasing
If you use it without the computer connected, and you use a line source (like a CDJ or an output from your phone to the line input), does the headphone volume work properly then?
I have the same problem, not sure if its a hardware problem. its weird. Is there a way I can rewrite the flash on the hardware?
@Elango > Did you try the solution posted just above? If the volume for the headphones does not work when using a line input (non-computer), then the issue is the hardware and it should be serviced. Please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region for that.
