How do I get Rekordbox to work on the DJM 450 with turntables?

How do I get Rekordbox to work on the DJM 450 with turntables?

I downloaded the program and have it in performance mode.  The music will play in the program but not through Rekordbox DVS vinyl.  What do I need to do to get it working?
