[SOLVED] Will Rekordbox analyse all your files?
Hi guys
just wondering if Rekordbox will analyse all your files?
IE: set your mp3 files to the same analyse volume so you dont have to keep messing with each side of the volume?
Sorry if im being a bit slow but not used rekordbox yet!

no, thats called "normalizing" not analyzing, When RB analyzes a track it is only detecting the waves, bpm, key and maybe a little more but it will not normalize every track to lets say 90db

yes, i always use the channel gain but most of my tracks are close to the same volume anyway. You can use a 3rd part normalizing tool but i know thats not recommended being it could probably cause more damage then good

Yeah, that's something do with every track I load via the channel gain on the mixer. I don't trust software to normalize the audio properly without ruining the dynamic range of the recording. Stupid producers are already making bricks anyhow.
