Sorry, unless you create a custom track comprised of those samples, then assigning each as a hot cue - no, you can't make them as samples in the traditional sense like when using rekordbox.
You want them without using rekordbox DJ?

I just like to play my gigs with a usb and headphones
Would the use of the Hot Cue Bank help you to work around that? Or create a track with the effects and have Cue points set.
When playing on deck 1 one you can have your 'samples' loaded in deck 2.
I know this might not be a 'nice' solution but may help.
Maybe i tried that,

When i dj alone theres no problem, i can use the RX2 without any problem, ( the best of best )
the problem is when i dj with my artist, he likes to have some effects and interlude between his tracks/songs .. for example he finish and i play the effect of the " horn " or the " poom poom pooommm "
Those type of effects i had it pre-save no matter what is in the deck or not in others controllers by pioneer
But now that i tried to simplify my life without having to bring with me

AKAI MPX8 Sampler. That's what you need. Go right into the XDJ-RX2 Aux input. You can load all your own samples into it. 5 Minutes of samples you can load into it. The internet is your best friend. Your Welcome.

@Joseph > AKAI master output > RX2 AUX input. There is no ability to connect this in a loop to be able to capture samples from the RX2 output.
