Nested LAN Switches to Mac do not connect to Rekordbox
Hi there.
I have my CDJXS2s and DJM900NX2 connected via a LAN switch and directly to my Mac, and everything works great. I'm now trying to connect the DJ switch to my main switch for the entire room, and put my Mac on that second Switch. When I do that, the CDJs no longer connect to Rekordbox.
Does Rekordbox only connect via LAN in a "closed / pioneer only connected LAN, or could all the devices be connected to a switch that also has Macs, Apple TVs, etc connected to it?

Is that second switch managed? Does it have separate addressing or system management or is it simply a "hub / splitter"?
It is not managed. just a hub/splitter.
Just to confirm, is the primary networking device a router or a switch?
