DDJ-RX Jog Wheel Pitch Bend Not Working

I just purchased my DDJ-RX and the jog wheels are not pitch bend.  I have tried turning on vinyl mode and switching it off.  I can scratch with it by touching the top of the jog wheel but I can not pitch bend touching the side of the jog wheel.  

I have running the latest version of Rekordbox and firmware for the RX.

 

Any help will be appreciated.  I want to be able to play with it properly, it's killing me.

I ended up returning it for another one.  The replacement I received has been flawless and I still own it til this day.
