[OPEN] DDJ-SB - Not working with Windows 7 64bit

Hi - I have just purchased a DDJ-SB and was looking forward to getting started....but I've just been met with problems with my 64bit Wondows 7 laptop

Followed all instructions, installed latest driver, let windows do its 'add new hardware thing'; and then installed serato intro....I the get audio device not connected?

So re-boots, firmware checking, different USB ports - serato just cant see the device, or take a signal from it.

It lights up so is getting power and is showing in my device manager as the DDJ-SB, but my laptop isn't getting any signal from it. Also checked this with Midi-OX and nothing

I'm very very frustrated as its supposed to be 'plug and play' according to the promo video's!!

Any ideas?

Are you able to hear anything in the headphones?  I have the sb running no problem on win 7 64 bit ultimate on sp1.  Just plugged it in and it worked but I could not get the master audio to output through the computer.  not sure if this is by design and you must use rca out or if something is not configured properly.  I have another thread on this topic.  hth

I'm literally getting nothing. Serato doesn't even bring up the virtual decks when it's plugged in...will try a system reset and on another laptop to eliminate a hardware issue

Have been on holiday this week but will try when I get home as I've been lent a laptop to try it on

Hi managed to get it working after doing a windows reinstall. There must have been a conflict in the system somewhere. All good now
