DDJ-T1 power problems?
Hey guys,
I've got a DDJ-T1 unit and I think the power supply is broken. When I first got it it was functional without the power supply by taking power from the USB connection to my laptop, but plugging it in added more functionality (jog wheels lighting up ect)
Now plugging it in doesn't change anything, and I cannot get the jog wheels to light up.
I dont think it's the cable, it seems to be in pretty good shape, im worried its the DC power supply, is there an easy way to test?

If, when using only USB, the deck does NOT function, the problem could be the USB power supply from your computer. First troubleshoot would be to see if it works with another machine. Are you not using the DC power adapter at all?
Hi Pulse, thanks for responding.
The deck works when plugged in via USB. there's not problem with that.
But when I add the DC power adaptor nothing changes. The jog wheels don't light up or anything.
