Microsoft Laptop won’t recognise DDJ-SB3
Brand new SB3, plugged it into my 2015 HP laptop running windows 10, and it does nothing. No lights on the controller at all. The board doesn’t show up under device management on the laptop.
Plug it into my wife’s older laptop, and it lights up and connects just fine.
Help? I really need it to run on my laptop, this is my first DJ controller.

Most likely culprit is the HP is not providing adequate power over the USB port to allow the SB3 to function properly. Please try using a different USB port, or a powered-hub.
