DDJ-200 Unable to Play songs from iPhone iTunes Library
I purchased this product because the Product Description confirms that I would be able to play/mix songs directly from my iPhone iTunes Library... However, when I try playing a song from my library, I get a message saying: "Unable to load file. File type can't be played."
I like the product, but I'm only able to play/mix Sample Songs.
What's my next step?

Let's start with the obvious - what is the type of file you're trying to play but does not? Is it a song you have downloaded or is it from Apple Music?
I'm trying to play songs from Apple Music, which is in my iPhone iTunes Library.
Sorry, Apple Music songs are not compatible; the songs have to be purchased AND downloaded to the phone.
So, I should RETURN the product?
OR
Do you have different suggestions?
I don't mind cancelling my Monthly payment services with Apple and Downloading/Paying for a different Application that is compatible with DDJ-200.
Spotify?
Tidal?
Pandora?
etc?
