No power to my DDJ-Ergo-V

Hey!
Have bought a DDJ-Ergo-V from a friend!
Has connected it to 2 different computers without being lit!
Have tried all the USB ports but without results!
What can the error be?

If you've tried different USB ports, and different computers, but still used the same USB cable - that might be the problem.

Yes i tried different usb ports on my macbook pro and my pc. nothing.

I used 3 different usb cables and one of them is new but nothing happened.

In that case, it sounds like the ERGO is defective. I'd ask your friend for a refund!
