DDJ 400 channel fader volume stuck
Hello,
My ddj 400 controller is having some issues. The channel fader seems to be stuck on a certain volume, even though it is all the way up or down on the controller itself, it doesnt matter it stats sort of halfway on the software.
What can i do about this issue ?

If you move the fader up / down all the way, does it respond accordingly in the software onscreen?
No, so the volume stays at about 20% on the software, whenever i turn the volume up, it goes up on the software aswell for a split second , but instantly goes back to the 20% mark where it stays , when i put it down, the same thing happend
Can you please try using a different USB port / USB cable?
Yea Ive tried multiple USB ports and cables
Any help here please? I need to play some !
