Tempo Slider issue on XDJ-RX2
Hi there - I recently bought an XDJ-RX2 and it was working fine the first two times I used, but today there is an issue with the tempo slider on the right deck.
The tempo value won't go above 0% and 0% is effectively where -3% would be when on the +/- 6% setting. Any value on the fader above this just stays at 0%, but beyond the -3% mark the BPM reduces.
I've tried switching between tempo settings and re-starting etc. but nothing changes
The tempo slider on the left deck is totally fine.
Would anyone have any thoughts on how I can rectify this?

@Lauren > If that's happening, it's a hardware issue. Please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
