Does anyone know how to auto share current playing track to a livestream feed?

I've seen some djs (like Atish, Sasha) playing on Twitch and it seems there may be some way to have it auto Tweet the current track. 

Is this possible from rekordbox or any of the cdj nxs2 hardware? I'm guessing it may be a third-party app, but anyone know how to do this?
