Online license key deactivation
Hello!
My Windows laptop touchpad and wifi failed yesterday. It does not have an ethernet cable and the place I bought it from said I needed to factory reset. That means that I can’t deactivate my license keys and the system will think that I am still using it, which translates to meaning I can’t sell the hardware with the license key, and that I am limited to 2 devices activated at the same time (I mean the three device and one account limit of each license key). I have following licenses activated for the laptop: rekordbox dj, rekordbox dvs, and RMX EFFECTS.
Is it possible to deactivate the licenses without the laptop connected to the internet? Will it be possible to remove the computer from the server?

Hey Zonge,
The easiest thing to do is file an inquiry ticket here and provide your email account and license keys where possible - they can deactivate for you.
