Jog Wheel/ Vinyl function not working
Even when the "vinyl" button is Blue, I cannot stop the track by touching the top of the jog wheel.
Meaning, I cannot scratch, nor stop the track manually.
It worked one minute, but not the next.
I have not moved the unit, or switched outlets, or have done anything to cause this.
All updates are up to date.
Please help. Thank you.

Does it work if you place your other hand on the faceplate of the unit - thus making you a grounding source?
The faceplate being the top surface of the controller? No, it does not.
It is as if I accidentally hit a button to turn this feature off. It happened that quickly.
