pioneer djm 450 vs DJM-REC Purchase Version
I have purchased a brand new pioneer djm 450 and an iPhone app for DJM-REC Purchase Version. I want to record audio, but after about 2-4 minutes, the recording always stops and the app throws the message disconnected DJM. It's not a cable, it's brand new and I've tried it on others. Can you help me? Thank you.

We are aware of an issue with the DJM-REC app and iOS13. Our engineers are currently working on a fix and we hope to have an update available soon. Please watch the app store for when the update is available.
