DDJ 1000srt headphone cue issue
I am having troubles with my headphones and cueing channels. My headphones are only picking up on one side or the other. I have tried multiple other headphones and aux cords. Is it an audio jack issue or something else possibly?

Can you please be more specific as to what you mean by "one side or the other"?
Is it consistent for cueing one channel of audio (eg. deck 1 on the controller), or the master cue?
Have you tried using the minijack and the 1/4" jack; any difference?
Within my headphones, it is either panned left or panned right. And I have tried using an adapter so I could plug in 1/4” headphones into the mini jack and experienced the same results.
It is consistent for all channels and master cueing.
