Headphone Problem DDJ800
I just bought the DDJ800 and installed all the driver, everything looked fine until I started to play music. The master audio went to the computer and the headphone jack wasnt working, there is no sound comming throught it and yes i pressed the CUE botton.
What can I do

You didn't allow the drivers to be installed through the OS security. Please follow the instructions in step 2 here, but obviously with the drivers for the DDJ-800:

How do you have the audio output set up in rekordbox in the preferences?
I have this same issue as well.. My computer is a Mac with macOS Mojave 10.14.6.
When I play the audio goes straight into the computer and I cannot hear the headphones..
I checked in Rekordbox preferences, I click on Audio - and it only display's Built-in Output in the Audio section.
Master, Headphone and Booth outlet are all set to Output 1 & 2. Control Device Information - DDJ-800

I also am Experiencing this same issue I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and it keeps coming up with the same issue as you have described as your issue been resolved? Thanks in advance
