Ddj 400 is disconect
Hola buenas tardes. He comprado la ddj 400 y no tuve ningun problema. En el dia de ayer me aparecio un cartel en el cual decia en rojo que la consola estaba desconectada. Podia poner play o pausa, subir y bajar el volumen pero solamente eso. Uso windows 7 ultimate con 32 bits. Necesito ayuda

First and foremost, please ensure that you have all of the latest Windows 7 service packs and updates installed.
The issue with the disconnect may be related to the computer's ability to provide power over the USB; please try the following:
- a different USB port on your computer
- a different USB cable
- a powered USB hub
- or a different computer entirely
