DJM S5 cutting sound when turning on FX on mixer

Hi there!

So I recently bought the DJM S5 to pair with my RANE 12s'

When I open Serato and try to select an FX it completely cuts off the sound not only in my headphones (while turned to master) but also through my speakers. I tried to update Serato and the mixer, but no luck :/
