Pioneer DJ Website probblem
Having issues on my Mac with safari but able to log in eventually, On my pc with Chrome, I can not log in at all, keeps going back to log in screen, I was only able to log in with internet explorer. Looks like Pioneer is having real bad IT problems and also with its RBDJ software too. Such a shame that the hardware is so awesome but the software team keeps dropping the ball.

Clear your cache, remove all cookies for:
-pioneerdj.com
-zendesk.com
-rekordbox.com
-gigya.com
This is where the majority of users experience problems -- they have old data stored in cookies or the cache.
Clearing cookies only works for me now for a couple seconds in Chrome, then the screen refreshes and I'm logged out.
You also have to verify that you're allowing 3rd party / cross-site data. Many browsers block this, but it's required for SSO (Gigya).
I added an exception and it still says I'm not logged in... and yet I can post this.
Did you include subdomains? Eg. *.zendesk.com?
