DDJ-FLX 4 NOT CONNECTING TO SERATO
Recently unboxed the new FLX4. Downloaded the latest firmware from the Pioneer website however the green play button is not lighting up. I am just consistently getting a green flashing midi light on the controller. Computer is plugged in USB C to USB A connection. Mac version is running OS Catalina. Flex 4 is showing up under the USB port when checking utilities USB and midi in Mac settings however Music is only playing through the laptop and not through the controller or headphones.

Which version of Serato are you using? The FLX4 is a Serato Lite controller (requiring 1.6.2 or newer), and if you have paid for the Pro unlock, 2.6.2 or newer is required.
