DDJ REV1 Dj Controller trouble connecting with virtual dj
So I just came home happy from a guitar center store near me and tried to connect my brand new DDJ REV1 dj controller to virtual dj and its not responding. Does anyone knows why? do i need to download a additional firmware or drivers to get it running? your help would be highly appreciated.

We can't say if VDJ has mapped the REV1 yet since it is still pretty new. I would say to go to their Forums and see if the unit has been mapped out yet, if not maybe request that they do that since it is up to them for their mapping.
i just got the same controller and im trying to use serato and its not working i keep getting a hardware cannot connect error message i tried all the troubleshooting i could find

how can I get to virtual dj
You would have to purchase a Virtual DJ license, then you could use the REV1 with it.
