Problem with DDJ-SB3
I've just connected my DDJ-SB3 to start a mix and there is a problem with the channel level on the left side. The volume is really low and can only be manipulated by adjusting the trim, the volume fader is unresponsive but weirdly it responds to the fader on the right hand side. The right channel is working perfectly fine and this seems to be the only issue.
I've had this controller for less than a year (April 2021) and it was working fine the last time I hooked it up about a month ago. I'm using Serato DJ Pro but it doesn't seem to be a problem with the software. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hey Chester,
Try this - open the Serato preferences, click the MIDI tab, click the SB3 in the upper window, then un-check the Allow Serato Hardware Remapping box above that window, and click the Restore Defaults button at the bottom, then close the preferences and try again.
Hi I tried that and it's still not working?
Have you tried swapping the USB cable or using a different USB port? Don't use a hub unless it's powered.
